So...who am I?
Hi!
I'm Amy!

If I had to sum up who I am, I would have to say, "wife, mom, daughter, teacher, friend, animal lover, and watercolor artist".
People like you have blessed me so very much since 2022 by allowing me to paint for you. Though I am a retired teacher with a focus in special needs., I am now a full-time artist painting predominately watercolor art of much loved people, pets, and homes. My favorite things to paint are animals, particularly , memorial pieces. I love feeling like I can bring a smile to someone simply because they looked at my painting and had a happy memory of a much loved furry family member. I love what I do.

Pet Portrait Calendar 2026
#1
Step into 2026 with a beautiful new wall calendar. This calendar features several of my pet portraits. I attempted to make each of these paintings look as though they were coming out of the frames. Hope you enjoy the images of these beautiful pets as much as I enjoyed painting them.

Backyard Birds Calendar 2026
I created this calendar to celebrate the beautiful birds that visit my bird feeder outside my art studio window. They provided so much joy to me while I paint. These birds reside in the southernmost corner of Alabama. I do hope you enjoy viewing them.

Cardinal Cards
I'm so excited to offer cards created from my cardinal artwork. This cardinal with his female mate often visited my feeders outside my studio window. Several options in sizes are available. My favorite is the 5.25" x5.25" cards. In addition to being mailed, it can even be enjoyed throughout the year by framing it in a 5" x 5" frame.

One of my most recent Pet Portraits. This memorial painting was created on a 16x20 100% Pure Cotton Watercolor Paper.
